MISSION OF THE CWA NATIONAL WOMEN'S COMMITTEE
- Raise issues of special concern. Develop programs and strategies to address their issue
- Provide support to CWA's effort to organize women
- Press to involve women in all levels of the labor movement
- Encourage, educate and prepare women to address their issues through legislative and political action
- Promote and encourage women to run for elected public office and support
- Encourage and support women to fight at the local, state and national level for legislative designed to improve the status of working women and their families.

Traveling? Like to make donations? Drop items by the Local.
We collect items for the Women & Children Shelter
Suggested items are:
- Toiletries (travel size): Deodorants, shampoo, soap, conditioner,
Tooth brushes, tooth paste, shower caps,
sanitary pads, Panty liners, diapers, wipes and baby toiletries.
- Pantry items needed: Can openers, canned goods
- Student Media Center: Pens and Pencils, note pads
- Clothing Items Needed: Women and Children Socks

4th Wednesday each month
6:00 p.m.
