A single user subscription costs five thousand dollars ($5,000) per year and may be obtained by sending a check or money order payable to the Communications Workers of America - Local 3204.

You further agree to waive all rights to contest collection of any debt thereby incurred, and enter into this agreement on behalf of the entity on whose computer or through whose internet account your access was facilitated.
By accessing the copyrighted material of cwa3204.org you agree to allow CWA Local 3204 or it's agents to inspect the hard drive of your computer to determine the number of times the site was accessed according to the terms of this contract to enable assessment of amounts owed.

IN NO EVENT WILL CWA Local 3204 BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF CWA Local 3204 OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE WEBSITE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. Some of your participation in on-line communications occurs in real time and is not edited, censored, or otherwise controlled by CWA Local 3204. CWA Local 3204 cannot and does not screen content provided by users of the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CWA Local 3204 reserves the right to monitor content on the Website and to remove content which CWA Local 3204, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Operating Policies. In order to maintain an informative and valuable service that meets the needs of the users of the Website and avoids the harm that can result from disseminating statements that are false, malicious, violate of the rights of others, or otherwise harmful, it is necessary to establish the following rules to protect against abuse:

You may not post or list articles which are off-topic according to the description of the group or list or send unsolicited mass emailings to more than twenty-five (25) email users through the WebSite or CWA Local 3204 Mail Server, if such unsolicited emailings provoke complaints from the recipients. |
