Company has Security is investigating complaints of violation of
the COBC by techs. We have had couple of incidences involving
technicians and customers which entails techs giving customers
unfavorable responses to customer request. I behoove all techs
uphold the highest quality of customer service while interacting
with customers.
- Company is reinforcing their "technician closing out at the
premise" policy by placing a lunch dispatch tab on the home page
of GCAS. Guidelines were supposed to be presented to techs.
- I have been receiving questions and inquiries about
Partnership programs available. Please call 404-927-9203 to get
information on what is available to enhance your job
qualifications.
- We are still collecting data for grievance submitted by Susan
Moss concerning customers SSN# being printed on services orders.
If you encounter this info on orders you are dispatched, pls
take the time to make a copy of this info , so we can present
examples to company.
- We are currently compiling arbitration documents to present
our position to the company in reference to posting inaccurate
ESM numbers and what recourses are available to us.
- As of the first of this month, SSI&M and Core I&M MSOC time
standards has been migrated to a national model of measurement.
Company has provided a detailed explanation of the changes that
have occurred due to this migration. These updates will be
posted on website
- All FT, DT,ST's and OPT's will be affected by surplus
according to the family of skills chart listed in Appendix A,
Part 3 on page 252 and 253 of our current contract. Atlanta area
techs affected in total of 31 .
Note: Company managers are riding around in personal vehicles
