April Union Meeting for CVP Lori Brown

April 10, 2012 

754 Peachtree Building – The will be getting a new manager on the 5^th floor in Special’s as of 4-16-2012. 

On the 16^th floor, we have the EWO group they are still there and some of the FAS volunteer to go to Morosgo no date have been announce of this move.

On the 12^th Floor The management Team  and his Dallas manger call to about the reorganization of work, The Center will be getting additional work from Dallas, Texas.  

2300 Building – They have received the training for the new work that they will be doing and we have 4 to 5 grievance about that job description we will be trying to schedule the meeting next week. 

675 Building – We have a claims group that have file a groups grievance with issues in the office.  Ed and Walter will be handling that situation up there. 

600 Building – We have six members panel scheduled for 4-12-12 starting in the morning until we finish.   

300 Building – We just settled some grievance at the location for commuting allowance.

754 Building - Walter and Lori had a meeting with the management on the 12^th floor about the new telephone system.  The company will be able to monitor the tech at will.  Walter informed the company about the monitoring information in the contract book.
