February 2012 Report:

Thanks to Walt for sending us to the new officers training. Invaluable info in fulfilling our complete obligations as an officer.

Stewards and Members:

Continue to monitor disciplines on ESM numbers that has changed. Technicians need to make sure that we take note of any inconsistencies in the new time standards.

 Monitor unfair job dispatching from company. (technician skill set)

Make sure that all of our members fill out You Can Count On Me cards and turn them in. Stewards please check the organizing union boards in your workcenter.

 Attempting to schedule organizing drives at two workcenters at end of February. Please submit your request date and time for you workcenter.
 
We are currently addressing CPE work being contracted out.

Two technicians who was terminated had the opportunity to return to company in a couple of capacities due to union negotiations which were resolved in record time.

Grievances were filed against all second levels concerning ESM rating changes.
